About Esquin
Established in 1969, Esquin Wine & Spirits is Washington State's oldest independent wine merchant. Located in Seattle's SoDo neighborhood, Esquin spans 15,000 square feet — one of the largest wine retail destinations in the Pacific Northwest, with over 5,000 wines on the sales floor.
In January 2023, Esquin was acquired by Downtown Spirits LLC — a subsidiary of Warren's News & Gift, Inc. — preserving the store's culture and deep community roots while bringing fresh energy and new resources. The store opened under new ownership on April 1, 2023.
