About the Facility
Esquin Wine Storage is located at the back of Esquin Wine Merchant's retail store on the corner of 4th and South Lander in Seattle's SoDo district. The facility is conveniently located near I-5 and I-90 freeway exits and just minutes from downtown Seattle. Your personal wine cellar can be accessed seven days a week during Esquin's regular business hours. Plenty of free parking is available.
Why Esquin Wine Storage
Wine is stored at a constant 55°F — within the ideal 50–65°F range. Wine stored at cooler temperatures tends to mature more slowly and will not be damaged by temperature fluctuations.
The facility has a fully equipped fire sprinkler system and security system monitored 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Only renters and their authorized representatives have card-key access. Each storage locker is customer-provided lock only — you can only access your own locker.
The wine aging process is best enhanced by precise monitoring of temperature, humidity, light, and vibration. At Esquin Wine Storage you can be confident your wine will be maintained within the ideal humidity range of 50–75%. Lighting is also carefully controlled.
Located in Seattle's SoDo neighborhood, near I-5 and I-90. Accessible 7 days a week during Esquin's regular business hours. Free parking available.
Premium Services
We offer concierge services for receiving packages directly from wineries. Packages are received and stored in secure, temporary holding until you are able to move them to your own locker at your convenience.
We'll store your wine, then ship it to you when you're ready.
